A couple of years ago, Laima Andrejeva and Anastasija Bykova created an informal artists' union called LAAB's with the aim of combining their life experience and creative pursuits. ToGetHer is the first solo exhibition of LAAB's, which invites viewers to expand their perception and open the door to new possibilities of reality. This exhibition speaks of a dynamic transformation, of a balance of mind and heart, which occurs only when a person is no longer afraid to look inside themselves.
The works form a structured direction towards inner growth. They reveal the recovery of oneself, creating a deep mutual understanding of the soul that extends beyond and above the material. This is a joint leap into the unknown. From chaos, karmic bonds and wounds, the path leads to inner freedom and true essence. It is a spiritual meeting on similar frequencies. The artists invite you to grow beyond old programming, not to hide emotions, motives and internal traumas.

The title of the exhibition, ToGetHer, encodes two interconnected meanings that accurately describe the focus of both artists in recent years. This is a playful pun, which merges both determination — “To Get Her”, a path to a deeper truth and self-recovery, and togetherness — “Together”, unity, cooperation. The name reflects the movement towards connection: with oneself, with another person and with a higher plain of consciousness. It is both a personal path and a shared process. This exhibition is not about superficial love or self-indulgence. It is about the connection of wise adult souls, a common transformation that reveals the path to truth without illusions. Where emotions are not just an experience, but a purification mechanism, leading to clarity, freedom and the courage to be real.
